  • 2017 – 2020 : Licence in Psychology, path in clinical psychology and psychopathology, Université de Rouen-Normandie

ACTIVITIES

Main goal : Identify for children aged 3 to 6, the different types of food knowledge that they possess, the implication of this knoweldge in their relationship to food rejections, whether in the conceptual or cognitive domain.

Specifics goals :
  • Compare the content and nature of food knowledge between neophobic and neophilic children.
  • Determine the cognitive mechanisms involved in children's food representations.
  • Provide lines of thought and recommendations to increase children's acceptability of eating a wider variety of foods.
