ACTIVITIES

The main objective of this project is to understand the processes at work regarding the relationship between representations, food literacy, exposure to FFN, and health behaviors. on to FFN and health behaviors. Our purpose is to identify the risk and protective factors regarding the credibility and acceptance process of FFN, more specifically among parents.

Specific Project Objectives:
  • Identify the media used to collect information on child nutrition and the profile of users
  • Identify the diversity of factors taken into account by parents when choosing food for their children, including food literacy and parental social representations
  • Analyze the eating habits of children under 3 years of age in a family context, taking into account the culture and socio-demographics of the family as well as the gender of the child.
  • Identify risk and protective factors for the credibility and acceptance process of FFNs among parents
