MY ACTIVITIES
My work is part of the study of global food dynamics. More specifically, the purpose of my research is to identify the culinary practices of parents in the family circle. The construction of identity, the miscegenation, the gender, the transmission of knowledge and practices, family recompositions, are all themes convened in this work.

MY ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
  • February 2018 – today : PhD Student at the Center for Food and Hospitality Research, Institut Paul Bocuse (CIFRE Convention) in anthropology under the direction of Isabelle Bianquis (CITERES, Université de Tours) and Maxime Michaud (Institut Paul Bocuse).
  • 2014-2016: Master of Environment, Dynamics of the Territories and Societies, speciality Anthropology of the environment (National Museum of Natural History).
  • 2011-2014: Bachelor Arts, Letters and Languages (Université de Franche-Comté).
