MY THESIS
The aim of my PhD project is to understand the link between the modifications of taste and smell perceptions, and the variations of food preferences in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. For this, I try to make the peripheral and central mechanisms involved in this phenomenon clearer in order to develop and validate a culinary solutions that may improve the food enjoyment, and so the quality of life of patients during and after the chemotherapy treatment.
