MY ACTIVITIES
- Realization of culinary field studies along with experts of the Institut Paul Bocuse.
- Coordination of the sessions preparation, participation to the trials and contribution to the record of the collected data’s.
- Communication on diverse events and projects of the R&D.
- Commercialisation of the R&D department at professional fairs (SIHRA, FIE, Europain…).
