The team of Research in Social Sciences led by Maxime Michaud is pleased to welcome Olga Mélique as a PhD student for 3 years of research.
Her research subject is based on multi-stakeholder scientific mediation strategies to promote the adoption of healthy and sustainable food. This thesis under Susan Kovacs’ supervision is in collaboration between the Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center and the ELICO research laboratory (Univeristy Lyon 2) and is part of the TrALIM Chair project.
TrALIM's mission is to study and promote transitions towards healthy, quality food that is integrated into the territories, responsible and fair, through its research, training and science-society dialogue activities.
