On 10th May the launch event of the guide "Farmed acquatic food for all tastes" took place.

You will find in it recipes developed by the Innovation team of the Institut Lyfe Research & Innovation Center with chef Gautier Wonner, highlighting 12 species from Mediterranean aquaculture. Recipes that you can also make at home !
